I know Christmas was so last year...but I'm finally getting around to posting pictures from my trip home to California!! Getting home this year was not easy. I started off the trip with a cancelled flight out of New York because of a huge snow storm. The only bonus about that was I knew the flight was cancelled before I went to the airport, so I didn't have to spend the day sitting there. I got rescheduled on a flight out the next morning at 9am. That meant I needed to get up early, like 5:00am. The roads were still bad and I knew the airport was going to be a zoo because of all the flights that had been cancelled the day before. Well my worst nightmare happened...I slept through my alarm and woke up at 7am. With a flight at 9 and still being in Connecticut this was not looking good. I called my friend Christine who was my ride to the airport, who happened to have slept through her alarm as well, and met her in 10 minutes. I felt like a cartoon character running around not knowing what to do first? I started my car, put on some clothes, brushed my teeth and ran out the door. I missed the cutoff to check my bag by 5 minutes but the agent was so nice and took me to his supervisor who was able to still get my bag on my flight. Not to mention they forgot to charge me for the extra 12Lbs, I'm not a light packer! I ran through security and straight to my gate. I made it!!! Thanks Christine for getting new tires, telling me to grab my easy pass at the last second, and taking 95 in a split second decision! The next 2 weeks were wonderful in California. My whole family was able to make it home and my good friend Tori even spent a few days visiting. I was able to visit with some old friends, hang out with my nephews, and spend lots of time with my favorite people at home! The weather was wonderful, except for the rain on Christmas morning. I had a great time at home but it's always nice to come back to Connecticut, my other home! :)

Spending time with my friends and family:
I went down to Orange to visit my friend Deborah who I went to BYU with. She has two little boys who are adorable! I haven't seen Deb in years and it was so nice to visit with her.

Then I spent some time with my Best Friend Brennan's little girl Ellington. I love being her "Auntie Jennah" She is so cute!!! I love little babies and I just adore little Ellie!

Chandler and Marshall even loved holding her. They love little babies too and were so cute with her!

I love when I get to see Deanna! We always have the best time and are always laughing! She is the best friend anyone could ask for!

Dinners at my house are always a social event!

Millie Mae and Jennah Renae! I love living on the East Coast with this girl!

Yes Deanna just can't get enough!

Little Marshall baby with some of the ladies!

My "Twin" cousin Christina. We are a day apart and have the same middle name!

Lunch with the Hulse sisters in Brea. I lived next door to these three girls for 2 years at BYU and share some of my best memories with them. I miss these girls everyday. I especially miss our "secret knock!"
